The number of Coronavirus cases reaches 694 in India on Thursday however death toll stands at 16, it has been reported by Health ministry that 13 deaths has been reported so far in the country due to Coronavirus.
On Thursday India has recorded a hike in the cases of Coronavirus as 88 new cases has been recorded, which is highest in a single day, according to the latest update of the Health Ministry.
Kerala has reported 19 cases o COVID-19 today, Gujarat reported four fresh new cases, one new cases have been reported each from Surat, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar.
In Uttar Pradesh 5 New cases of coronavirus has been recorded, State tally reaches to 43. According to the information provided by State government, three cases has been recorded from Noida and one each from Baghpat and Agra. The positive cases of Coronavirus in Uttar Pradesh includes nine patients from Agra, 14 From Noida, three from Ghaziabad, eight from Lucknow, two from Pilibhit and one each from Baghpat, Jaunpur, Shamli, Moradabad, Lakhimpur Kheri, Varanasi, Kanpur. Out of the 43 cases, 14 patients declared recovered and discharged.
However due to 21 Day Nationwide lockdown declared by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chaos and exasperation can be seen everywhere as people are worried about what they will eat as now they will not be able to go to the market to buy daily essentials, there’s a huge confusion over home delivery as residents of Lucknow has alleged that helplines of Grofers, Big Bazaar, Bigbasket is not working properly.
However In Lucknow a businessman, Chand Qureshi is providing free ration to people in poorer sections of society, he is providing 21-day ration to the people it includes rice, flour, oil, foodgrains, mask, sanitiser, etc. People are coming in huge numbers to get rations for their houses so that they will survive easily in the nationwide lockdown.
On the other side Italy reports 683 more deaths due to coronavirus, total cases stands around 75000, and death toll rises more than 7500. Meanwhile Spain recorded more than 700 deaths over past 24 hours, surpassing China in Global death toll. Spain is standing at 2nd position after Italy on Death toll.

Currently there is no Vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease but with some measure a person can protect himself from COVID-19:
